1. In case the defect in RUIM is beyond the control of the customer ,the new RUIM is to be provided free of cost from BSNL,CSC.

3. The same charge of Rs.20 will also be applicable in case of reactivation of closed connection after GP-II in case of prepaid serevices and after permanent closure due to non payment in case of postpaid services.

In case of Assam, J&K and North East LSAs, extension of validity is subject to the guidelines/instructions issued by Govt. of India/Regulatory Authority from time to time.

# After tariff validity of 365 days, the customer will automatically be migrated to base tariff Plan i.e., Option I.

b) RUIM would be 1X and EVDO enabled and can be used all over India (except Mumbai and Delhi ).

c) Normal CDMA prepaid recharge and top-up vouchers will be applicable

** In case no option of tariff plans is opted by the subscriber, option 1 i.e., CDMA Prepaid General Plan will be the default option to be given to the subscriber.

(ii) Tariff details of Option II (1 P/sec) & Option III (49 p/min):

# After tariff validity of 365 days, the customer will automatically be migrated to base tariff Plan i.e., Option I.

Other terms and conditions :

• The above tariff is applicable to CDMA Limited Mobility/Full Mobility.

• The free talk time of Rs 750 in plan 1 ,2 & 3 may be implemented on promtional basis for a period of 90 days from the date of launching of of the service.After expiry of promotional period of 90 days , free talk time and validity will be appilicable as per general plan.

• The unutilized balance amount of previous card can be carried forward in case of renewal within grace period, otherwise it will be lapsed.

• Every customer would need to recharge with a minimum recharge voucher of Rs.111/- if he has to continue with the service after the compltion og initial validity of 30/90 days as applicable.

• During the grace period, no outgoing calls shall be allowed except emergency calls (toll free).

• In case subscriber uses his own handset , the activation charges under general plan may be applied.

• In case of Assam, J&K and North East LSAs, Lifetime validity plans will not be applicable and validity in case of General plan will be restricted to 90 days.

   

A. SALE PRICE OF CDMA 1X based FWT (Make- Huawai, Model No. T-ETS1220)

* VAT, Octroi/Entry Tax as applicable on the sale price of FWT will be extra.

B. Other terms and conditions are as under:-

i) The sale price includes AMC for three years.

Life time Validity plan under prepaid services for CDMA WLL

A. Intitial One Time Charges

i) Friends and Family plan in which the customer can talk to 5 F&F number at lower tariff than the normal tariff with some monthly subscription charges with the following terms and conditions:-

c) " Local Azadi Pack" and "STD Azadi Pack" -

The above tariff will be applicable w.e.f 01.06.2010.

2. The above tariffs are applicable from home LSA only and will be applicable to all CDMA prepaid plans.

iii) Validity Recharge Vouchers:-

iv) For flexi top-up , the following methodology may be applied to determine the usage value of any card denomination.

*The card denomination is exclusive of Service Tax.

Mode of extension of validity in different plan of CDMA Prepaid service are as under :

2. Max mode: In the event of any recharge, the existing remaining days of validity or validity available with new recharge which ever is more will prevail in the validity account.

3. Add mode: Validity available with all RCVs recharged are added to the remaining validity days in the subscriber's account. Add mode would be applicable to normal plans but validity may be accumulated up to maximum of 2 years.

4. Plans having Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) of any specific amount of recharge/top-up within specific time period would continue to exist. For example, in the case of life-time plan, for extension of validity of 180 days the customer has to recharge with a minimum recharge/top-up of Rs. 200/-.

Note:

One day validity with all types of top up vouchers is allowed to life time as well as normal CDMA prepaid customers.

Thus if top up done during GP-1, Customer would get one day validity and normal GP-1 of 15 days and GP-II of 165 days.

iv)Assam, North East I & II and J&K Circle:
i). In case of Assam , North East I & II and J&K Circles all CDMA STVs/ RCVs will be applicable with a restriction on validity of 90 days. Further, extension of validity is subject to the guidelines/instructions issued by Govt. of India/Regulatory Authority from time to time.
ii). Mode of extension of validity in Normal plan can be given in add mode with maximum validity of 90 days.

v) Conversion of Account Balance to Validity and vice versa under CDMA services:-

•  The procedure to be followed for the conversion is as under:-

a) Customer has to dial *789+ (Amount in paise) e.g. *78915000 (for Rs.150 conversion)

b) Customer has to dial *987+ (validity in days) e.g. *98730 (for 30 days validity conversion)

•  The above facility will not be applicable to lifetime plans.

Vi) Guidelines/ Procedure for Conversion of Postpaid to Prepaid connection under CDMA services

• Only willing customers with CDMA postpaid plan may be converted into CDMA prepaid plan of their choice.
• SSA/circle shall recover the outstanding amount.
• The customer shall apply in a new CAF for prepaid connection along with a written request on plain paper to close his postpaid connection and allotting his postpaid number to prepaid connection.
• The conversion will be allowed through CSCs only.
• The customer shall retain the existing IFWT/FWT and the existing number to be allotted as prepaid number.
• IFWT/FWT shall be continued to be owned and maintained by BSNL.
• Postpaid number shall be closed and account processing shall be started.
• No charges to be recovered from the customer for this conversion.
• The security deposit shall remain with BSNL as IFWT/FWT to be owned and maintained by BSNL.
• Upon conversion of number to prepaid, the customer may be suitably informed about the conversion.

Loyalty Bonus Plan for existing CDMA prepaid customers-

For all existing Postpaid CDMA/GSM/Landline Customer's f ree of Cost - One RUIM CDMA prepaid "Parivar Plan":-

All existing postpaid CDMA/GSM/Landline customers are offered one RUIM free of cost under new CDMA prepaid “ Parivar Plan ” with the following terms and conditions:-

•  The customer may be asked to produce last paid bill of the Landline/GSM/CDMA number to verify the genuineness of the customer.

•  The tariff plan charges is inclusive of Service Tax @10.30%. Circles can suitably adjust the price band upto Rs.3 (+/-) of above price considering
technical feasibility.

•  In case of Assam , J&K and North East LSAs validity of plan is subject to the guidelines/instructions issued by Govt. of India/Regulatory Authority from time to time.

•  The above plan will be offered through BSNL CSC only.

•  No concession in call charges from Landline/GSM/CDMA number to the “ Parivar Plan ” mobile number will be allowed.
